The NRA Collaborative prepared a concept design study for a new mixed use tall tower in Margaret Street, Brisbane.

The use included 15,000m2 of 5 star green star office, a 300 room 5 star hotel & 325 high end apartments.

The project also included a six level basement car park and activated ground floor lobbies.

The project is positioned along the ridge of Brisbane’s CBD and will have uninterrupted 360 degree panoramic views of the city and beyond.
