Norwich House is a fifteen level building, located in a corner position of a historical area of Brisbane with a functional column free office layout.
Quality finishes used of polished stone, floor to ceiling glass, low brightness lighting enhances the architectural form. The building was developed to meet a very particular design brief with a restricted target budget.
Both our client and the council are pleased with the contextual result. The council cites this building as an example of sympathetic fit into an historic precinct.
We were able to provide this typical investment quality building within a tight time frame and limited budget both, which were related to the pre-sale of the building.
