Master planning for a ‘Transit Oriented Development’.

The NRA Collaborative developed concept drawings and 3-dimensional designs to satisfy the regulatory requirements of Queensland Rail and Queensland Transport.

Amongst other criteria, these requirements included items such as covered access from train to bus station, a link to the podium, and emergency vehicle access to the platform.

We developed parts of the plan that will be affected by the regulatory requirements for areas such as the basement retail area, and a level 1 recreation deck.
