Westpac Business Centre was completed in 2003 as an interior fitout through Burns Bridge Constructions. Any new contact centre requires an environment where the people are allowed to escape from their workstations into places of retreat and vibrancy.
The bright colours, soft furnishings and loose arrangement of the free spaces is in contract to the order of the working zone where personal space is limited and the work is controlled.
Technology and people are heavily reliant on each other in these circumstances, and ease of maintenance, access to services and flexibility to redeploy people at short notice are all characteristics of a contact centre.
