Set on the shores of the Dubai Creek in Dubai, UAE, the Dubai Gateway is a proposed mixed-use masterplan development located at Al Jaddaf adjacent to the metro station and entrance to the Garhoud Bridge opposite the majestic Grand Hyatt Hotel.
This masterplan program was for a 600,000 square metre built up area including a 5 star hotel, serviced apartments, large floor plate commercial office buildings, retail ground plane with food and beverage facilities, a mosque, a private school and extensive parklands, all designed around place-making design principles.
The five tower concepts were designed to initiate an iconic sculptured landmark on the Dubai skyline, with the main two towers rhythmically forming a pair of dancers set in spectacular landscaped gardens.
