Private boardwalk access is integrated into the master planning in this fully contained precinct.

The masterplan for Carpenter’s Foreshore connects the marina to all building with the land being easily sub-divided and separated into manageable phase development sites.

The site planning allows the yield and density for the individual sites to be achieved without adversely impacting on surrounding municipality commercial blocks.

Fundamentally the lush tropical landscape allows access to ocean views from most vantage points thus integrating the foreshore with the ocean.
