The building is located within the limits of the Inala Shopping Centre and its services can be accessed from a covered connecting colonnade.
The concept of the building forms are organised to demonstrate its civic functions and to respond to sustainable design.
The materiality of the project was designed to be robust and includes a polished concrete blockword base, with light counterposing roof forms.
