The Novotel Brisbane South Bank is located one block away from the Brisbane Convention Centre and is within short walking distance of the city centre. The hotel is located opposite to Musgrave Park, close to a number of Brisbane landmarks, such as South Bank Parklands and the Queensland Performing Arts Centre, as well as world-class shopping and dining.

The hotel features 238 rooms, which were designed under the new Accor brand standard concept, and this is the first Novotel hotel in Australia with the rooms designed in this configuration. The outlook from the hotel rooms is south over parkland or north to the central city skyline. Eleven of the rooms are designed to accommodate guests requiring special needs.

The restaurant and bar are designed using an interactive “show kitchen” dining process where the food is cooked in front of patrons.

The hotel features one meeting room that can be split into two separate meeting rooms or act as a function room seating 150. It also contains a gymnasium on the podium level overlooking the outdoor swimming pool; a bar seating 83 patrons; a private dining room for 12 people, as well as 66 basement car parking spaces.
