Dalton Drive is a new generation of large floor plate office buildings that will evolve in and around Maroochy Town precinct. The floor plate is 200 meter lettable for each of three floors. The project has a central core which permits the plate to work functionally a single tenant or a multi 6-8 tenant break up.
Floor efficiency is at 92% nett to gross and it is anticipated tenancy fit out will be 10% more effi¬cient than traditional 1000 square metre office plate, usually found in the CBD.
